Hi, I’m Fenna. I’m glad you’re here.

I have been a mental health professional for over six years, in which I’ve had the pleasure of working with people from all walks of life. I have a bachelor's degree in Humanistic studies and a post-graduate Mental Health Social Work degree. Aside from that, I am certified to provide ACT-therapy.

I’m also a queer, non-binary, aerial circus-loving nerd who’s own life experiences influence the way I can relate to others and to the work I do.

My specialty lies in existential therapy. I love digging into the bigger questions around what gives life meaning, what identity means, how to navigate change, how we can form our intimate relationships… and so much more.

When the questions become too big, too overwhelming and are affecting your life, it can be hard to keep navigating it all on your own. And you don’t have to.
